i wanted to dye my hair platnium blonde with black underneath but i need to know if tan skin looks good with tht light of blonde i where sandy beige foundation if tht helps any

If you have tan skin, platinum blonde hair will just make you look EXTREMELY washed-out.

Try a medium-light brown with golden highlights. The two-toned hairstyle is really 'in' right now, and it looks pretty skanky, especially if the colors are clashing.

If you're looking to be 'different,' don't dye your hair like that. Try something more subtle.

Sorry, but I don't think platinum blonde hair looks good on anyone. It looks so unnatural and has a reputation for looking trashy. If you must go blonde, go for sandy blonde, something that at least COULD be natural. As far as the black underneath, I wouldn't. But I'm me and you're you. I do, however, think that layering color like you're saying is really cute. I would just go with a brown toned color underneath instead. You'll get the same effect, but won't look tacky.

Hey, Barbie is beautiful! Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Cameron Diaz, and Ashlee %26amp; Jessica Simpson all look great with sunkissed skin and pretty blonde hair. But I really recommend not dying it black underneath. That look is kinda "old" and cheap looking. Dying your hair blonde with a few highlights and lowlights would be much prettier and more appropriate for summer time. Take a look at these blondes:
