Would blonde hair suit me?

I have green eyes and mousy brown hair, and I have very fair skin, almost white, with freckles, which burns extremely easily. I want to go blonde, but I don't know which shades would suit me and I'm not sure whether I'm 'warm' or 'cool'. Help?!

If you had a picture, this question would be much easier to answer. Most of the time, if your natural color is dark, the chance of being able to pull of blonde is 50/50. Now, if you want a DARK blonde, i'd say go for it. Otherwise, it's questionable. Try going to a stylist, they'll be able to tell you what undertone your skin has- whether it's warm or cool. That's a huge factor with haircolor, and it's about impossible to help you if you don't already know that. =/

What about if you try blonde highlights first. That way it is not a major change so quick. I think that if your skin is pale you should really consider that blonde hair might wash you out completely.
