with your blue eyes and fair skin, a dirty blond color w/ some lighter blonde highlights (like the first link) would look good!

you have good hair. If I was you I wouldn't. But It would look cute if you did go for it.

The red looks great. You can do the blonde, but remember, you are going to look washed out. Fair skinned always looks better or at least look less fair with a darker color. If you want the blonde, wait until summer when you have a little more color to you.

Your hair is a beautiful color now, either way the blonde would look good but choose a darker shade of blonde maybe ashy and I think that would look nice too.

You would look great either way, but my opinion is stick to brunette, i died mine blond and it turned out a bit orange...
