I think it would look great! You're already blonde, so I'm guessing you have the skin tone to pull it off. I think blonde highlights in a guy's hair that's already blonde makes him look like a beach boy (which is definitely hot!)

If you are wearing a longer style of hair then you shouldn't make it look all perfect. If your hair comes below your ears then you should keep it sort of messy and surfer/skater like. If you want to have it look like something from GQ then you should cut it before you get highlights or you may just end up confusing girls with what sexual orientation you belong to :)
